Sameer Seth and Yash Bhanage are the founders of the iconic restaurant Bombay Canteen and Hunger Inc., a Mumbai-based F&B company

Seth and Bhanage were classmates from the hospitality management course at Cornell University and often spoke of changing the perception of Indian food on the global stage.

Their primary motivation was to redefine Indian cuisine and bring it to the modern landscape of global fine-dining by leveraging regional foods from across the Indian subcontinent.

Today, their brands have established themselves in the global fine-dining space with numerous awards and a place on the World’s 50 Best Bar and Restaurant Discovery list.
